The project entailed a detailed investigation of the building existing structure to ascertain how it could be expanded to accommodate enhanced banquet facilities, foyer upgrade, store front sales areas and new customer service areas, all while remaining open to the public.
Kalen also expanded and hard surfaced the parking facilities while the Inn remained open to its clientele.
