The project includes a 400-seat auditorium, theatre stage, classrooms, nursuries, office facilities and a greeting foyer.
Kalen was instrumental in acquiring and developing the land for the project. The Company also handled negotiations with City of Edmonton and adjoining land owners to get the commitments needed for the project to proceed.
The discovery of old concrete buried throughout the site necessitated the use of innovate excavation techniques during the installation of underground services to keep costs within budget.
